If you decide to add more items in addition to the package you had selected, the price will increase. Each item has its rental price
Delivery fee:
We charge 20 for delivery in the Miami-Dade and Broward county area, $30 outside these areas. It will cost more depending on the miles
When you have the date of the event, they only send it to me along with the photos of the design, and the color that you like the most to let you know in advance if I have the date available for that specific day, since they are reserved well in advance.
Deposit
To reserve the date, you must pay a deposit of $100 if your quote is less than $500. Once the work is finished, you pay in full for the day. If your quote exceeds more than $500, them its required to pay half of the invoice, then the rest of the balance in full on the day the work is finalized. Preferably 6-8 weeks in advance!!
Installation:
The articles are installed before the event: if your event is on a Saturday or Sunday, the articles will be installed on Friday from 10 am to 7 pm! If your event is on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, they will be set up the day before (please see our schedules at the end of this information)
Collection:
he items mentioned above are returned except the balloons: if your event is on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday the items are collected on Monday from 10 am to 7 pm, if your event is on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday we will pick it up the day after of your event (please look at our schedule at the end of this information) You will be charged a fee of $50 in case there is any damage to any item or if it is returned with damage, return it on a corresponding day. They can also be picked up after the event or the same day of your event as long as it is during our business hours.
After you pay this money is not refundable under
NO CIRCUMSTANCES
Not for (rain, income, illness, giving birth before the day of your reservation, or emergencies either from the client or from the photographer)
To make any change, whether it is the dates or the color of the items, you have to notify me at least one week before (I do not make ANY changes if you have less than a week left for the day of your event unless it is with one of my photographers )
